Please help support our readers by making sure your child reads EVERYDAY as
part of their daily routine.  With your support for reading outside the classroom,
together we can send the message to our children that reading is essential in today’s
world.

Ukiah Unified School District is working with the Community Foundation of Mendocino County and North Coast Opportunities to accept donations to support our students and families in need.

If your child is missing an article of clothing, or any other item, it may be found in the school gym. All items left behind at the end of the year will be donated to Goodwill.

At Yokayo Elementary School, students are taught that character counts - all day, every day. Our school is a kindness-certified school where students learn to be people of character who consistently demonstrate six traits: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness caring and citizenship.
